Tam’s rich history in operational management, education, recruitment, outreach, sales, and public relations, paired with her dedication and outstanding communication skills, makes her a vital addition to our ensemble.
About Tam:
A dynamic professional, Tam boasts a diverse career encompassing numerous roles. She recently shined as the Store Manager & Marketing Coordinator at Penrose Strings by Nick Rail Music in Camarillo, CA, where she showcased her top-notch organizational and management skills.
Her passion for music is not just professional, but also educational. As a Music Educator in the suburbs of Chicago, and west coast cities in the states of Oregon and California, she led band ensembles to numerous accolades and innovated impactful music programs.
Tam has also held pivotal roles at the University of Wisconsin and VanderCook College of Music, focusing on recruitment and outreach. This hands-on experience in the musical education sector ensures she brings invaluable insight to our team.
Earlier in her career, Tam excelled in sales and PR roles at establishments such as Harmonic Vision, Inc. and Joanne Smale Productions, Ltd., refining her expertise in client engagement and public relations.
Educated at VanderCook College of Music and Columbia College, Chicago, Tam’s blend of academic and practical experience perfectly complements our brand values.
