Victory Musical Instruments – Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Victory Musical Instruments. Every order is prepared with care and inspected before shipping from our Miami facility. The following policy explains how we process, deliver, and manage returns for our customers and dealers.
🚚 1. Order Processing & Handling
If an instrument is in stock, we typically ship within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is received.
If any delay occurs, we will contact the customer directly.
High-end or custom-made instruments may take additional time — typically up to 90 days. Customers will be notified promptly and may choose to continue or cancel the order before production begins.
All orders ship directly from our Miami, Florida warehouse; we do not drop-ship from third parties.
📦 2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS through Shopify’s integrated system for reliable and trackable shipping.
Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders unless otherwise stated.
Customers who prefer a specific carrier or need expedited service may contact support@victorymusical.com before completing checkout to coordinate their request.
For security reasons, orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. This protects both our customers and our instruments from loss or theft.
🌎 3. International Orders
Victory Musical Instruments maintains authorized dealers across Latin America and select international markets.
If there is no authorized dealer in your country, please contact sales@victorymusical.com to coordinate direct shipment from Miami, Florida, USA.

All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Export documents are handled through our shipping carriers and customs partners.

Victory Musical Instruments is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or import regulations.
💰 4. Damages, Loss, and Insurance
Shipping insurance is available upon request. Please inform us before checkout if you wish to add or decline coverage.
Once an order leaves our facility, Victory Musical Instruments is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during transit.
If a package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the packaging and the item.
We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
If a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Victory Musical Instruments cannot be held responsible for theft or misplacement after delivery. Please ensure delivery to a secure address.

We also offer hand delivery to select schools, band programs, and local customers when possible.

🔁 6. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most new instruments in unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Please note the following:

A 15% restocking fee may apply to any returned item. Victory Musical Instruments reserves the right to apply this fee at its discretion.

No returns are accepted for reeds, oils, greases, cleaning kits, or any hygiene-related accessories.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified error on our part.

Returned items must be shipped securely and in the same condition they were received to qualify for a refund.

Pre-orders and custom instruments are non-refundable once production begins.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
To request a return authorization, please email support@victorymusical.com with your order number and details.
🧾 7. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
