The Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro is the most capable camera in the Pocket line, built for working shooters who need to move fast on set. It takes the Super 35 6K sensor and EF mount of the 6K family and adds the two things professionals ask for most: built-in ND filters and a tilting HDR touchscreen. It records 12-bit Blackmagic RAW and ProRes and ships with DaVinci Resolve Studio.
Overview
Built-in ND filters are the headline. With 2, 4 and 6 stop ND on board, you can control exposure and depth of field outdoors without stopping to screw filters on and off, which keeps a shoot moving. The tilting HDR touchscreen, bright enough to see in daylight, lets you frame low and high angles without an external monitor.
The Super 35 6K HDR sensor delivers 13 stops of dynamic range and dual native ISO up to 25,600 for clean images across lighting conditions, and the EF mount opens up the full range of Canon EF and compatible lenses. Recording is 12-bit Blackmagic RAW and Apple ProRes to CFast 2.0 and UHS-II SD cards, with direct recording to an external USB-C disk for long takes.
It uses the larger NP-F570 battery and supports an optional battery grip for very long runtimes, plus an optional Pro EVF for eye-level shooting. Audio includes a mini XLR with phantom power, 3.5mm input and headphone output, and the full DaVinci Resolve Studio is in the box.

Who it is for
The 6K Pro is for working shooters who shoot outdoors and run-and-gun: documentary, events, commercials and narrative crews who need built-in ND and a tilting screen to stay fast.
