Allen & Heath ZED60-10FX is a 10-channel analog mixer with a 2-in 2-out USB audio interface, onboard digital effects and premium 60 mm faders. It carries 4 mic/line inputs on XLR and TRS jack sockets, 2 stereo inputs on TRS plus one on RCA, 2 Hi-Z instrument inputs, 3-band EQ with a sweepable mid, and XLR main outputs with insert points.

ZED Mini puts a working live mixer, a USB recording interface and Allen & Heath preamps in a frame small enough to carry one-handed. Every model in the range takes two Hi-Z instrument inputs, so a guitar or bass plugs straight in with no DI box, and every one carries a 2-in 2-out USB interface for recording the show or playing tracks back into it.
The preamp is where the ZED range earns its reputation. Allen & Heath's DuoPre design splits the gain into two stages, which keeps noise down and headroom high across the whole range of the control rather than only at the top of it. It is the same R&D team that builds the preamps on the company's flagship touring consoles.
MusiQ EQ was designed specifically for the ZED mixers. Rather than borrowing a generic curve, the analogue engineers set the target frequencies and the slope of each band around what actually needs correcting on instruments and voices, which is why it tends to sound right with less movement of the controls.

What Do the 60 mm Faders Change?
Resolution and feel. A longer fader throw gives finer control over the same gain range, which matters when a level needs to move a small amount reliably during a performance. It also holds up better to repeated use than a short-throw fader.
Who Is the ZED60-10FX For?
Performers and engineers who mix by hand during the show rather than setting levels and leaving them, small venues, and worship teams where a volunteer needs a control that responds predictably.
How Is It Different From the ZED-10FX?

Yes, as a stereo mix over the 2 in 2 out USB interface. The same interface plays a stereo source back from the computer for backing tracks.
