Allen & Heath ZEDi-10FX is a hybrid compact mixer and 4-in 4-out USB audio interface with onboard digital effects. It carries 4 mic/line inputs on XLR and TRS, 2 stereo inputs, 2 Hi-Z instrument inputs, 3-band EQ with a low cut filter, XLR main outputs and 48 V phantom power.

This is the ZEDi-10 with an internal digital FX engine added. The audio path, the four in and four out USB interface, the 3-band EQ and the Hi-Z instrument inputs are unchanged.
Onboard effects matter most in the two situations this mixer is bought for. Live, vocal reverb is available without an outboard unit or an aux loop. Tracking, singers monitor with reverb while the recorded signal stays dry, which is the setup most people want and the one that usually takes extra routing to achieve.
Four separate channels reach the computer as individual tracks, so a rehearsal or a session multitracks properly rather than arriving as a stereo bounce.

Can I Monitor With Reverb and Record Dry?
Yes, and it is a common reason to choose this version. The effects sit in the mixer, so a singer can hear reverb in the monitor path while the signal reaching the computer over USB stays dry and gets treated in the session instead.
