AlphaTheta CDJ-3000X is a professional DJ multi player and the successor to the CDJ-3000, built for fast access to online music. It has a 10.1-inch touchscreen showing up to 16 tracks, a jog wheel with adjustable feel, built-in Wi-Fi with streaming from Apple Music, Beatport and TIDAL, and a 96 kHz/32-bit ESS DAC.

The CDJ-3000X keeps the CDJ-3000's place in the booth and moves it forward. The 10.1-inch capacitive glass touchscreen shows up to 16 tracks, in Dark or Light mode, and the redesigned jog wheel lets each DJ set the feel from light for flowing mixes to heavy for precise control. The PLAY and CUE buttons are rated for over 500,000 presses each.
Built-in Wi-Fi changes how music gets to the player. DJs log in fast with a QR code or the front NFC touchpoint using rekordbox for iOS or Android, stream Apple Music, Beatport Streaming and TIDAL directly with tagged tracks pre-downloaded, and pull from Dropbox or Google Drive through CloudDirectPlay. USB Type-C and Type-A ports cover drives and laptops.
Sound runs through a 96 kHz/32-bit DAC from ESS Technology with a custom AlphaTheta power circuit, and a locking power cable is included so the player cannot be knocked off mid-set. New performance features include Playlist Edit, Playlist Bank, setting Hot Cues while previewing, and half or double BPM editing on screen.

It adds built-in Wi-Fi with direct streaming from Apple Music, Beatport Streaming and TIDAL, CloudDirectPlay from Dropbox and Google Drive, QR code and NFC login, a larger track list on screen, a jog wheel with adjustable feel, USB Type-C ports and a locking power cable.

What Can It Play From?
USB flash drives, USB SSDs and hard drives, a PC or Mac over USB or LAN, and iOS or Android devices. Supported formats are MP3, AAC, WAV, AIFF, FLAC and ALAC, on FAT16, FAT32, exFAT or HFS+ drives. NTFS is not supported.
