AlphaTheta XDJ-AZ is a 4-channel professional all-in-one DJ system that plays four decks from USB, streams directly from Apple Music, Beatport, Spotify and TIDAL, and runs rekordbox or Serato DJ Pro from a laptop. It carries full-size 206 mm jog wheels, a 10.1-inch touchscreen, built-in Wi-Fi and a 32-bit ESS D/A converter.
A CDJ-3000 and DJM-A9 club layout in one unit you can carry in by the handles.
The XDJ-AZ takes its layout and feel from the CDJ-3000 players and the DJM-A9 mixer, so the controls are where a club DJ expects them. The 206 mm jog wheels are full size, and the 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen shows up to 13 tracks at once, with Playlist Bank, Touch Preview and Touch Cue.
It plays standalone from USB drives across four decks, and StreamingDirectPlay brings Apple Music, Beatport Streaming, Spotify and TIDAL straight onto the unit with no rekordbox subscription, only the streaming service's own. Built-in Wi-Fi handles wireless rekordbox Link Export, and rekordbox CloudDirectPlay works with a Creative or Professional plan or the Cloud Option.
A USB Type-C laptop connection runs rekordbox Performance mode through Hardware Unlock, or Serato DJ Pro, without a paid subscription for either. Two top-loading USB ports plus the laptop port make back-to-back changeovers smooth, PRO DJ LINK brings CDJs into the setup, and the integrated SonicLink transmitter sends low-latency wireless monitoring to HDJ-F10 headphones.

Do I Need a Laptop With the XDJ-AZ?
No. It plays four decks standalone from USB drives and streams Apple Music, Beatport Streaming, Spotify and TIDAL directly, with only the streaming service's own subscription. A laptop is an option, over USB Type-C, for rekordbox Performance mode or Serato DJ Pro, and neither needs a paid subscription on this unit.

How Does It Fit With CDJs and Wireless Headphones?
PRO DJ LINK connects CDJ players so beat and on-air information sync with the XDJ-AZ. The integrated SonicLink transmitter pairs with HDJ-F10 headphones for wireless monitoring with very low latency. It does not connect wirelessly to the WAVE-EIGHT speaker.
