Apogee Duet 3 is a 2x4 USB-C audio interface for Mac and Windows. It has two mic preamps with up to 65 dB of gain and 48 V phantom power, two instrument inputs, balanced stereo line outputs, a zero ohm headphone output, up to 24-bit/192 kHz conversion and on-board DSP for low latency recording with effects.
Apogee conversion and preamps in a low profile desktop interface you can carry anywhere.
Duet 3 records two channels at once from microphones, guitars, keyboards or line level sources, and plays back through a pair of balanced line outputs for studio monitors plus a separate headphone output. The inputs and line outputs connect through the included breakout cable, which keeps the desk clean.
The on-board hardware DSP runs the Symphony ECS Channel Strip, tuned by mixer Bob Clearmountain and sold separately, so you can track through EQ, compression and saturation without the delay of software monitoring. Apogee Control 2 software manages levels and settings.
The body is aluminum with a scratch resistant glass top and a single backlit control knob for monitor level and mic gain. It is bus powered over USB-C, with a second USB-C port for optional external power.
