Astra is UA's flagship modulation pedal, bringing UAD's renowned modulation algorithms to the pedalboard. The three primary engines cover the most-used modulation types in studio history: Chorus Brigade (the original CE-1 bucket-brigade chorus sound), Flanger DBLR (the studio flanger sound that defined countless '70s and '80s records), and Trem 65 (the classic Fender amp optical tremolo). The UAFX Control app unlocks two additional engines: Dharma 61 (dynamically controllable harmonic tremolo) and Phaser X90 (classic vintage phaser).
