Overview
MTRX Studio connects to HDX or HD Native over two DigiLink Mini ports for 64 channels, and adds 64 channels of Dante and 16 channels of ADAT alongside 16 by 16 analog line I/O. Its 512 by 512 cross-point matrix turns the unit into a full digital patchbay, letting you route any input to any output and split signals as needed, all configured in DADman software.
On the monitoring side it replaces a separate monitor controller. A 256 by 16 summing matrix supports monitor profiles and fold-downs, and built-in SPQ speaker processing tunes any room with 256 filters across 16 channels for formats from stereo up to 9.1.6 immersive and Dolby Atmos. It is EUCON enabled for the S1, S6, and the Avid Control app, and accepts an optional Thunderbolt 3 module for 64 channels of native DAW I/O.
