Cambridge Audio EXA100 is a stereo integrated amplifier from the EX Series with 100 watts per channel of Class AB amplification, an ESS ES9018K2M DAC, balanced XLR inputs, HDMI eARC, TOSLINK, coaxial and USB Audio inputs, and Bluetooth aptX HD. It is built for listeners who want one amplifier to run a serious two-channel system and the TV sound in the same room.
A Class AB amplifier with a full digital front end, so the amp is the hub of the system.
Cambridge spent three years developing the EXA100 at its London headquarters, and it borrows technology from the flagship Edge M monobloc power amplifier. A shielded toroidal transformer and heavy heat sinks sit behind a milled aluminum front panel and a knurled volume knob.
Two sets of speaker outputs let it play music in two rooms, and a subwoofer pre-out handles bass. Switch it to Power Amp Mode and it works as a power amplifier behind a separate preamp or AV processor. Cambridge's CAP protection system watches for power and temperature overloads and steps in before damage happens.

What Can I Connect to the EXA100?
Balanced XLR and RCA analog sources, a TV over HDMI eARC, CD transports and streamers over TOSLINK or coaxial, and a computer over USB Audio. Phones and tablets connect over Bluetooth aptX HD. A subwoofer connects to the dedicated pre-out.
