EVE P-160 RGBW is an RGBW LED wash light from the EVE range, with a dedicated white emitter alongside red, green and blue so pastels and skin tones render correctly rather than taking on a colour cast.
The white LED is why faces do not look green.
When warm, bright, even wash light is needed for mobile and installation applications, EVE P-160 RGBW delivers. This robust light boasts 160 total watts of red, green, blue and white LEDs for full color output as well as preset white color temperatures that are built right in. EVE P-160 RGBW includes interchageable magnetic lenses to alter the beam to desired angles and a built-in gel frame holder and 6 1/4-inch accessory slot to hold barn doors. Streaming and video applications? EVE P-160 RGBW is the perfect solution. It features high-frequency LED dimming for flicker-free operation on camera. Its fanless design ensures 100% silent operation great for quiet stage and studio needs. D-Fi USB compatibility is on board for wireless master/slave or DMX control. EVE P-160 is tough and road-ready with a cast aluminum housing that provides extra strength without the weight and powerCON-compatible power input/output connections for power linking.

What Does a Wash Light Do?
It floods an area in colour rather than producing a beam. Wash fixtures are what give a room its overall colour and mood, uplighting walls, washing a stage or colouring a dance floor, and they are usually the first thing bought.
What Do RGBW, Quad and Hex Mean?
The number of colours in each LED. RGB is three, RGBW adds white, Quad is four in one lens, and Hex is six including amber and UV. More colours means more accurate mixing, and a dedicated white means pastels and skin tones look right instead of tinted.
Can I Run These Without a Controller?
Yes. Automated programs, sound-active modes and master and slave linking all work with no controller. ILS models go further and follow a master fixture so the whole rig stays in step.
Why Chauvet DJ
Chauvet DJ has been the default answer in mobile DJ and small venue lighting for two decades, built on a simple premise: a lighting rig should set up fast, run without an operator and survive being loaded in and out several nights a week. The ILS system ties fixtures together so a whole rig responds as one without a DMX desk or a programmer, which is the reason a single DJ can run a room's worth of lighting alone. The company is based in Sunrise, Florida.
