The Electro-Voice EVF-1122S/64-PIW is an installation loudspeaker from EV's EVF series. This model is the 60° x 40°, EVCOAT, PI-WEATHERIZED, WHITE version.
The defining spec on this variant is its 60° x 40° coverage pattern: match the pattern to the seating area and the install sounds designed instead of improvised. The PI weatherized build is rated for permanent outdoor exposure, for patios, pool decks, and stadium concourses. This is the low-impedance version, meant for conventional amplifier channels where each speaker or pair gets dedicated power. We install and sell the EVF family into full-size permanent sound reinforcement. A workhorse install box used in arenas, churches, and theaters.
Construction is braced 15 mm wood with the EVCoat finish EV uses across its touring gear; it is built to be loaded, not babied. M10 rigging points, a pole cup, and metal handles cover tripod, pole-over-sub, and flown deployments.
