The Electro-Voice EVF-1152S/43-PIB is an installation loudspeaker from EV's EVF series. This model is the 45° x 30°, EVCOAT, PI-WEATHERIZED, BLACK version.
This variant covers 45° x 30°. Coverage pattern is the choice that separates a designed system from a guessed one, so pick the dispersion that maps onto the actual audience area. The PI weatherized build is rated for permanent outdoor exposure, for patios, pool decks, and stadium concourses. As the low-impedance model it connects to standard amplifier channels; if your building runs a 70V line, the transformer version is the right pick instead. We install and sell the EVF family into full-size permanent sound reinforcement. A workhorse install box used in arenas, churches, and theaters.
The cabinet is braced 15 mm plywood under EV’s EVCoat finish, which shrugs off load-in scrapes far better than painted MDF. M10 rigging points, a pole cup, and metal handles cover tripod, pole-over-sub, and flown deployments.
