The Electro-Voice EVF-1152S/64-FGB is an installation loudspeaker from EV's EVF series. This model is the 60° x 40°, FIBERGLASS, BLACK version.
With a 60° x 40° pattern, this version suits a specific room geometry; EV offers the same cabinet in multiple dispersions so the coverage, not the compromise, fits the space. The fiberglass enclosure version is the one to spec for harsh or humid environments where standard cabinets age out early. As the low-impedance model it connects to standard amplifier channels; if your building runs a 70V line, the transformer version is the right pick instead. We install and sell the EVF family into full-size permanent sound reinforcement. A workhorse install box used in arenas, churches, and theaters.
Construction is braced 15 mm wood with the EVCoat finish EV uses across its touring gear; it is built to be loaded, not babied. M10 rigging points, a pole cup, and metal handles cover tripod, pole-over-sub, and flown deployments.
