The Electro-Voice EVH-1152D/99-PIW is an installation loudspeaker from EV's EVH series. This model is the 90° X 90°, EVCOAT, PI-WEATHERIZED, WHITE version.
The PI weatherized build is rated for permanent outdoor exposure, for patios, pool decks, and stadium concourses. This is the low-impedance version, meant for conventional amplifier channels where each speaker or pair gets dedicated power. The EVH line serves demanding permanent installations. It is built for high output in spaces that punish lesser cabinets.
Construction is braced 15 mm wood with the EVCoat finish EV uses across its touring gear; it is built to be loaded, not babied. M10 rigging points, a pole cup, and metal handles cover tripod, pole-over-sub, and flown deployments.
