The Electro-Voice EVID 6.2TW is an installation loudspeaker from EV's EVID series.
It runs on 70V/100V distributed systems via transformer taps, the standard for multi-zone commercial audio where speaker counts outnumber amplifier channels. We install and sell the EVID family into restaurants, retail floors, hospitality, and houses of worship. It is one of the most widely installed commercial loudspeaker families in North America.
EV designs its install families to be acoustically and aesthetically matched, which lets an integrator scale one project from a single zone to a whole building without re-voicing anything.
