The Electro-Voice EVID C8.2HC is an installation loudspeaker from EV's EVID Ceiling series. This model is the 8 Waveguide Coupled (patent pending) coaxial speaker with horn loaded Ti coated tweeter version.
This is the low-impedance version, meant for conventional amplifier channels where each speaker or pair gets dedicated power. The EVID Ceiling line serves distributed ceiling audio in offices, retail, and dining rooms. A properly specified ceiling system disappears into the architecture and covers every table evenly.
