The Electro-Voice ZX1I-100TW is an installation loudspeaker from EV's ZX series. This model is the 8 two-way weatherized speaker system version.
Transformer taps let it drop onto 70V/100V distributed lines, so one amplifier channel can feed a long chain of speakers across zones. Compact, light, and easy to fly or pole-mount. That is why the ZX range shows up constantly in portable rigs and small installs.
EV designs its install families to be acoustically and aesthetically matched, which lets an integrator scale one project from a single zone to a whole building without re-voicing anything.
