IK Multimedia iKlip 3 Video is a tablet mount with a camera tripod mount that holds any iPad, iPad mini, iPad Air or iPad Pro, including the 13-inch M4, and any tablet with a screen from 7 to 13 inches, with or without a case. The holding bracket adjusts from 160 to 230 mm, or 6.29 to 9 in., and the body is thermoplastic.

A tablet on a stage, in a studio or on a shoot needs to be at eye level and it needs to stay put. iKlip 3 handles both with a spring loaded bracket that grips the device across its width rather than clamping on a corner, and adjusts across a 70 mm range so a case does not become a problem.
This version ships with the camera tripod mount, which determines where it can go. The bracket itself is common across the iKlip 3 range, so the difference between versions is the mount, not the holder.
Thermoplastic construction keeps the weight down without the flex that makes a thin plastic mount wobble under a heavy tablet. A 13-inch iPad Pro is a lot of leverage on a mic stand arm, and this is built for it.

Will It Hold My iPad With the Case On?
Yes, in most cases. The bracket adjusts from 160 mm to 230 mm across, which covers 7 to 13 inch tablets with a case fitted. Measure the outside width of your device with its case if you are close to the 230 mm limit.
