IK Multimedia iKlip Xpand Mini is an adjustable mic stand mount for smartphones, holding any iPhone, iPod touch or smartphone with a 3.5 to 6 inch screen with the case on. The holding bracket adjusts from 54 to 91 mm, or 2.13 to 3.58 in., in a thermoplastic body weighing 180 g.

A phone on stage is doing real work: lyrics, set lists, backing tracks, a metronome, a tuner, a camera. None of that is useful lying on an amp. iKlip Xpand Mini mounts it to a standard microphone stand at eye level, gripping across the full width with a spring loaded bracket rather than clamping a corner.
The bracket range of 54 to 91 mm covers 3.5 to 6 inch phones with a case fitted, which is most current phones. At 180 g it adds almost nothing to a stand arm.
It also works as a camera mount for streaming and filming, which is increasingly what it gets used for. Thermoplastic construction keeps it light without the flex that shows up in video as a wobble.

Will My Phone Fit With Its Case On?
If the outside width with the case is between 54 mm and 91 mm, yes. That covers 3.5 to 6 inch screens, which is most phones. Very large phones with a thick case may exceed it, so measure if you are unsure.

Yes. It holds the phone in portrait or landscape on a stand, which is a common use for streaming and filming.
