IK Multimedia iLoud Micro Monitor Pro Black is a single 2-way DSP controlled studio monitors in black with room calibration built into the speaker. Each cabinet pairs a 3 in. cellulose composite woofer with a 1 in. silk dome tweeter and 50 W RMS of Class-D power, reaching 50 Hz to 20 kHz within 2 dB and 107.3 dB peak SPL from a box measuring 106 x 206 x 158 mm. XLR, RCA and USB-C are all on the rear panel.

Micro Monitor Pro is what happens when the original iLoud Micro Monitor gets the DSP platform from IK's larger models. The crossover is digital and linear phase, the driver alignment is handled in software, and each unit runs its own correction filter. Two speakers that started life identical stay identical to within half a decibel.
ARC X is IK's room correction platform. The monitor measures the room with the ARC microphone, builds a correction profile and applies it inside its own DSP, so the correction travels with the speaker instead of living in a plug-in on one computer.
Four physical switches on the rear handle the coarse work before correction even starts: low frequency extension, low shelf, high shelf and a desk contour that pulls out the boxiness a desktop reflection adds around 250 Hz. Set those for the position, then let the calibration handle what is left.

How Does Room Correction Work on Micro Monitor Pro?
ARC X is IK's room correction platform. The monitor measures the room with the ARC microphone, builds a correction profile and applies it inside its own DSP, so the correction travels with the speaker instead of living in a plug-in on one computer. The measurement runs from the ARC microphone, which ships with the pair version. Once the profile is stored, the monitor applies it whether it is connected to a computer or not.

What Comes in the Box?
One iLoud Micro Monitor Pro speaker, power cord, and a 1.5 m USB-A to USB-C cable. The ARC measurement microphone is not included with the single speaker version, so if you want measured room correction you need the pair version or a separate ARC microphone.
Can I Mount These on Stands or a Wall?
Yes. The cabinet has a threaded insert, and IK's iLoud MTM bracket fits Micro Monitor Pro for wall and ceiling mounting. That is what makes the eleven-speaker immersive configurations practical to install.

Is the ARC measurement microphone included?
It ships with the pair and immersive versions. The single speaker version does not include it. An ARC microphone can be added separately if you start with singles and want calibration later.
How is this different from the original iLoud Micro Monitor?
Micro Monitor Pro adds built-in measured room calibration, ARC X software control, an XLR input and a larger 1 in. tweeter, and each speaker is powered and sold individually rather than as a linked pair.
Does it need a computer to work?
No. The computer is used once to run the ARC X measurement and store the correction profile. After that the monitor runs standalone from its XLR or RCA input.
