The Nord Triple Pedal 2 is the current generation triple pedal unit with continuous sensors, pedal noise and half damping. It works with the Nord Stage 4, Piano 6 and Grand 2.
Continuous sensors on all three pedals, and assignable to far more than sustain.
The TP2 replaces switches with continuous sensors across all three pedals, which is what makes half damping and modeled pedal noise possible.
Beyond piano duty, the pedals can be assigned to Layer Scene II, pump, tap tempo, synth vibrato, program up and down, and rotor speed. On a Stage 4 that turns three pedals into live performance controls rather than just dampers.
Important compatibility note: the TP2 works only with the Stage 4, Piano 6 and Grand 2. Earlier instruments take the Triple Pedal 1.

What Can the Pedals Be Assigned To?
Beyond the standard soft, sostenuto and damper roles, Nord lets you route the TP2 pedals to performance functions.
- Layer Scene II switching
- Pump
- Tap tempo
- Synth vibrato
- Program up and down
- Rotary speaker speed
Will It Work With My Older Nord?
No. Nord specifies the TP2 for the Stage 4, Piano 6 and Grand 2 only. If you have a Piano 5, Stage 3, Electro 6 or the original Grand, order the Triple Pedal 1 instead.
Who Is It For?
Players working from piano repertoire that uses more than the damper.
If your parts never call for sostenuto or una corda, and your instrument only reads the damper input anyway, a single sustain pedal does the job and takes up less floor space.
What Comes in the Box?
The pedal unit and its connecting cable. Confirm your instrument has the matching pedal input before ordering.

Why Nord
Nord accessories are designed by Clavia DMI in Stockholm alongside the instruments they serve, which is why the fit charts are exact rather than approximate. A Nord case is cut for a Nord cabinet, not for a size range.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will all three pedals work on my keyboard?
Only if the instrument supports all three functions. Check the specification for a dedicated triple pedal input rather than assuming.
Can I use it on a non Nord keyboard?
The Nord triple pedal units use a dedicated connection designed for Nord instruments. For other brands, look at the Studiologic VFP-3 or SLP3-D.
Does the TP2 work with the Electro 7?
Nord lists the TP2 for the Stage 4, Piano 6 and Grand 2. The Electro 7 is compatible with the Nord Single Pedal 2, the Triple Pedal 1 and switch type pedals. Confirm with us before ordering if you want a triple pedal for an Electro 7.
