Optimal Audio Cuboid 12 is a two-way passive 12 inch installation loudspeaker rated 300W AES at 8 ohms, with a 1 inch exit compression driver on a user rotatable 80 x 50 degree horn and 62 Hz to 20 kHz response. It is built for permanent installs in houses of worship, restaurants, bars, hotels, schools and fitness studios, mounted in portrait or landscape.
Full range sound for a room that needs more than a ceiling speaker.
Cuboid 12 is a full range, two-way passive loudspeaker for short to medium throw commercial installations. A 12 inch ferrite LF driver carries bass and midband, and a 1 inch exit compression driver handles vocals and high frequency projection. The HF horn rotates, so coverage stays consistent whether the cabinet is mounted upright or on its side.
The trapezoid wooden cabinet has a black perforated steel grille with scrim backing and 21 inset M8 points for the optional U bracket, wall bracket or eye bolts. A SmartAmp or a powered Zone mixer provides amplification and loudspeaker protection through onboard presets, and with Zone, the WebApp and ZonePad wall controllers, setup and day to day control stay simple. For more low end, Optimal Audio pairs it with the Sub 15 or Sub 18.
