QSC CS18 is an 18-inch compact powered subwoofer with a 2600 W peak Class D amplifier, 134 dB maximum SPL and a frequency response of 46 Hz to 96 Hz (-6 dB), extending to 39 Hz to 96 Hz with the DEEP preset. It adds Bluetooth audio with True Wireless Stereo, app control, a Quick Cardioid preset and an M20 pole mount.

The CS18 is part of QSC's CS Series of compact powered subwoofers. A single 18-inch driver runs from an energy-efficient Class D amplifier module rated at 2600 W peak, with a universal power supply and low AC draw. The DEEP preset adds low frequency extension and impact when the music calls for it.
A simple rear user interface handles setup and quick changes on the gig, and the QSC Loudspeaker Control app gives wireless access to the same features from a phone. Two locking XLR/¼ inch combo inputs feed two XLR outputs, one loop-thru and one post-DSP output, so a pair of tops connects straight to the sub.
The enclosure is 12 to 15 mm birch plywood with a painted finish and a 16 gauge powder-coated steel grille. An M20 threaded socket accepts a speaker pole for a top cabinet.

Who Is the QSC CS18 For?
DJs, bands, mobile entertainers and churches adding low end to a pair of powered tops. QSC shows it with CP Series tops on a pole, and the cardioid preset helps keep bass off the stage when two or more subs are used.

Can I set up a cardioid sub array?
Yes. A Quick Cardioid deployment preset is built in. A cardioid setup needs at least two subwoofers.
Are casters available for the CS18?
Yes. QSC lists the CASTER KIT-S as an optional accessory for the CS18. Casters are not included.
