QSC K12.2 Yoke is a powder-coated steel yoke mount kit made for the QSC K12.2 powered loudspeaker. It mounts the K12.2 vertically or horizontally to walls, beams and other structures, and includes the pole-cup adapter the speaker needs for its bottom mounting point.
The factory yoke for turning a portable K12.2 into a permanent install.
The K12.2 Yoke is QSC's own bracket for the K12.2. The yoke is made of two brackets that bolt together, and QSC's guide calls for a connecting plate in both the standard and expanded K12.2 configurations for added strength. The distance from the mounting surface is adjustable.
Each K.2 cabinet has four yoke mounting points: one on each side, one on top and one on the bottom. Mounting end to end uses the top handle point and the bottom pole cup with the pole-cup adapter included in the kit. Mounting side to side uses the two side points behind removable covers.
The yoke attaches to walls and ceilings for permanent installs, or to truss for temporary use with third party hardware. Hardware for fixing the yoke to the building is not included, and QSC directs that installations be reviewed by a licensed engineer and done by a qualified rigger.

Who Is the K12.2 Yoke For?
Churches, clubs, restaurants, schools and venues that own K12.2 speakers and want them fixed on a wall or ceiling, plus production companies that hang K12.2 cabinets from truss for a run of shows.
Will It Fit My K8.2 or K10.2?
No. QSC makes a separate yoke for each K.2 model. This kit is sized for the K12.2. Use the K8.2 Yoke or K10.2 Yoke for those cabinets.
What Is Needed to Install It?
The kit covers the speaker side of the job. You also need anchors or fasteners rated for your wall, beam or truss, and QSC advises having a licensed engineer approve the attachment and a professional rigger hang the speaker. The included adapters and button-head screws tighten with a 5 mm hex key.

Does this fit the original K12 or other speakers?
QSC states the K.2 yoke brackets are to be used only with K.2 Series loudspeakers, and this kit is for the K12.2.
Can I mount the K12.2 horizontally?
Yes. The yoke supports end to end (vertical) and side to side (horizontal) mounting.
Are wall anchors included?
No. Hardware to attach the yoke to the building or truss is not included and must be rated for the load.
