QSC LA108 is an 8-inch 2-way powered line array loudspeaker with a 1300 W peak Class D amplifier, a neodymium 8-inch woofer and a 1.75-inch compression driver. It covers 100° horizontal by 15° vertical, reaches 134 dB peak, weighs 30.1 lb and adds Dante networking, QSC RapidDeploy rigging and QSC AWARE array recognition.

The LA108 is part of the QSC L Class. A purpose-designed neodymium 8-inch woofer and a 1.75-inch compression driver with a polyimide diaphragm sit behind the QSC LEAF waveguide for a defined 100° by 15° pattern and long throw. The amplifier module delivers 1000 W to the low frequencies and 300 W to the high, with power factor correction and low AC draw.
QSC RapidDeploy rigging sets short, medium and long throw splay angles without tools or extra hardware, so one person can build an array. QSC AWARE (Automatic Wireless Array Recognition) reports the setup on the rear color display of any speaker or in the SysNav app, which also designs, configures, controls and monitors single speakers or full arrays. The AIM prediction tool models array coverage in a scaled drawing of the room.
Analog audio, Dante and AC power (PowerCON TRUE1) all daisy chain, which keeps cabling short in flown, stacked or pole-mounted systems.

Yes. Two EtherCON ports carry Dante audio and QSC SysNav control in and through, and the speaker integrates with Q-SYS through Q-SYS Inventory Extensions.

QSC rates it for up to six units flown with the LA108-AF array frame, up to four ground-stacked over a single LS118 subwoofer, or up to three on a loudspeaker stand or pole.
Can I set it up without a computer?
Yes. QSC AWARE detects the array and shows setup information on any speaker's rear display, and the speaker also accepts a plain analog XLR signal. The SysNav app adds design, control and monitoring.
