Soundcraft Signature Plus 12 is a 12-channel analog mixing console with Lexicon effects and a USB-C interface. It has 8 mono mic/line channels with Ghost preamps up to +65 dB of gain, dbx OverEasy one-knob compressors and TRS inserts, 3 stereo channels, Sapphyre EQ, 4 aux sends, 4 groups, a Lexicon hardware effects processor with Store and Tap Tempo, and a 4x4 USB-C audio interface up to 192 kHz.
Analog console workflow with talkback, a Listen bus and USB-C recording built in.
The Signature Plus 12 is part of Soundcraft's Signature Plus series, the successor to the Signature range. Every mono channel has a Ghost mic preamp, a TRS insert, a dbx OverEasy one-knob compressor with harmonic enhancement and Sapphyre asymmetric EQ. The four rightmost mono channels have a switchable Hi-Z input for guitar and bass.
The output section is the same on every Signature Plus size. A dedicated Listen bus lets the engineer check any channel or aux without changing what the audience or the band hears. Talkback To routes a talkback mic to any combination of the main mix, auxes, effects bus, headphones or control room. Mix to Auxes feeds the main mix into the monitor sends, which is useful for panels and spoken events. SSM (Simple Success Metering) puts a three-color level LED at every input, channel output and console output.
The built-in Lexicon processor has preset Store and Tap Tempo, with footswitch jacks for FX mute and tap tempo. The 4x4 USB-C interface records and plays back with a laptop or mobile device, and USB returns can be routed into channel strips or override the mix for break music and DJ sets.
