Overview
The R5PRO is an updated broadcast switcher with five input channels, two of which accept 4K input, plus independent AUX and program outputs over dual HDMI. A built-in 5.5-inch screen and a hardware streaming engine let it stream high quality multi-camera productions to TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook directly, by Wi-Fi or Ethernet, without a computer.
It switches seamlessly between landscape and portrait, which matters for vertical social video, supports dynamic lower-third overlays with multiview preview output, and records in-house. Transition effects include WIPE, DIP, and DVE with adjustable durations. It supports up to one NDI channel with a license key, sold separately.
