The Studiologic MP MIDI Bass Pedal Board is a velocity sensitive pedalboard with solid wood tipped pedals and foot access to MIDI channel, program change, bank select and transpose. Available as a 13 note MP-113 or a 17 note MP-117.

Most MIDI pedalboards are on or off switches. The MP series is velocity sensitive, which means your bass lines have dynamics rather than sitting at one flat level.
The pedals are solid wood tipped, which is both a durability and a feel decision. You can tell where you are on the board without looking down.
Channel, program change, bank select and transpose are all reachable with your foot, so you can reconfigure between songs without bending down or reaching to a keyboard.

13 or 17 Notes?
It depends on your repertoire.
Thirteen notes gives you a full octave plus one, which covers most contemporary and gospel bass work. Seventeen notes takes you further and is closer to a traditional organ pedalboard range, which matters for classical and hymn repertoire where the written pedal part goes above the octave.
What Will It Drive?
Anything that receives MIDI. Organ modules, keyboard workstations, software instruments and hardware synths all work. Foot access to channel and program change means you can switch what it is driving mid set.

Do the pedals feel like an organ pedalboard?
They are solid wood tipped and velocity sensitive, which is closer to an organ board than the plastic switch pedals common at this size. They are a MIDI controller rather than a replica of a console pedalboard.
Can I split it across two sound sources?
Foot access to MIDI channel means you can change what the board is addressing between songs without reaching for a keyboard.
Are both models the same physical size?
Studiologic lists both at 24 in x 16.5 in x 5.9 in and 14.5 lbs. The difference is the number of pedal keys.
Does it have internal sounds?
No. It is a MIDI controller and needs a sound source.
Can I use it with a Nord organ?
Yes. It sends standard MIDI note data, so it will drive a Nord Organ 3, Electro or Stage as well as any other MIDI instrument.
